At Soul Care Life Services, our dedicated staff collaborates with individuals to establish realistic goals and provides daily support to help them achieve these objectives. We offer assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), schedule and accompany residents to medical appointments, aid in grocery shopping, provide guidance on menu planning, assist with meal preparation, and ensure that all individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Soul Care Life Services offers compassionate and loving support to individuals and families physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Our goal is to empower independent living in the community with comfortable surroundings, caring, heathy services, and encouragement.

Soul Care Life Services’ vision is to be person-centered and empower each individual served with the tools to make choices. While ensuring safety, each individual will be given choices on activities and relationships with others. Individuals will be given the opportunity to gain meaningful employment and feel connected to the community they live in.

Soul Care Life Services will keep families connected through home visits, quarterly reviews, meetings, conference calls, emails, and any other means of communication. Families will be well-informed and treated with respect at all times.
